Whalin Construction was called upon to remove this old tiled floor, which also had extensive sub-floor damage in the sink area. After replacing the structure and subflooring, we laid a custom 3/4" Oak Hardwood flooring, finishing off with 4 coats of Semi-gloss Polyureathane finish.

These custom cabinets with 3/4" Ribbon Mohogany doors and drawer fronts had been damaged from years of hot cooking. Whalin Construction replaced these with like orginal materials matching to the existing colors.
